How to view, stream, or download files from the Need2No Ark
Simply click on the "Access the Ark" menu-link above, a new browser window will open, and presto you're on board the Need2No Ark at Jottacloud in Oslo, Norway.
In the new window, you will see a start page headed "Need2No" / "Shared by Adrian O'Sullivan". Ignore the "Sign up" and "Sign in" buttons at top-right.
Below the heading, there are several folders (ARK, IWM, TNA, etc). Double-click on any folder to see the files within it. Double-clicking on any file will open it, and you will be able to view it, stream it (video only), print it, or download it, as you wish.
Before accessing the Ark, it may be a good idea to view a current descriptive index of the downloadable materials stored in the Need2No Ark. To do this, click on the "Catalogue" (or "General Catalogue") menu-links in the Need2No Dashboard.
Throughout the Ark, you will see many opportunities to download items to your computer. It's up to you. However, do remember that the Need2No Ark is stable and permanent, so items will remain there indefinitely and can be revisited whenever you wish.
Although the Ark files are supposed to be in "view-only" mode, you may see options to apply various admin functions to them, such as "share", "copy", "move", "rename", or even the dreaded "delete". Obviously, to ensure site-wide stability, please don't! Leave all things "admin" to AOS. Cheers.
